【Abstract】 The pacing impedance reflects the connection situation between pacemaker,electrodes and cardiac tissue.In this paper we have studied the method of measuring pacing system impedance from body surface. Pacing pulse could be extracted from body surface pacing electrocardiogram (ECG) signal,then pacing impedance can be calculated. This method has been used in our pacing ECG monitoring system’ The system has been tested in clinic.
