【摘要】 目的　研究束缚应激对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。方法　４０ 只小鼠，随机等分对照组和应激组，用巨噬细胞体内吞噬法， 测其吞噬率、吞噬指数及消化指数。结果　对照组与应激组比较，应激组吞噬率明显降低（ Ｐ＜ ０．００１），吞噬指数亦明显降低（ Ｐ＜ ０．０２），消化指数为０， 而正常组消化指数为０．０７８３±０．０５２５。结论　束缚应激对巨噬细胞吞噬功能具有明显抑制作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effectofrestraint stress on m acrophage phagocytosis ofm ice. Method Fourty m ice w ere divided random ly into controlgroup and stress group,detected phogocytic rate,phagocytic index and ingestive index by m ice phagocytic m ethod w ithin body. ResultsPhagocyticrateofthestressgroup decreased( P< 0.00 1),phagocyticindex de- creased( P< 0.02) and ingestive index is 0, w hile ingestive index ofthe controlgroup is 0.0783±0. 0525.
