【摘要】 目的探讨思利巴治疗年长弱视儿童的疗效。方法２０例１０～１５岁弱视儿童，口服思利巴２５０ｍｇ，每日２次，连服３个月。于服药前、服药６周、３个月时检查视力，同步检测ＰＥＲＧ和ＰＶＥＰ。结果口服思利巴３个月后弱视眼视力改善，ＰＶＥＰ的Ｐ１００和Ｎ７５潜伏期缩短，Ｐ１００振幅提高，而弱视眼ＰＥＲＧ各参数无明显改变。结论结果提示思利巴对改善大龄弱视儿童视功能有一定积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract Objective To observe SI LI BA treatmen for amblyopia in older childrent. Methods Twenty Children with amblyopia between the age of 10 and 15 years were given 250mg SI LI BA twice per day for 3 months, visual acuity was measured, P ERG and P VEP were simultaneous recorded at baseline. at 6 weeks and 3 months following the end of treatment. Results After 3 months of SI LI BA treatment visual acuity in amblyopic eyes was improved, latencies of N 75 and P 100 wave of P VEP in amblyopic eyes were decreased and the amplitude of P 100 wave was increased in comparison with amblyopic eyes before SI LI BA treatment, while no significant changes were found in P ERG in amblyopic eyes. Conclusion Our review has shown that SI LI BA has a good response on improving visual function in older amiblyopic children.更多还原
