【摘要】 目的　掌握学龄儿童少年头眼部发育规律， 为制作选择合适的眼镜提供数据。方法　用弯脚规、直脚规作为测量工具， 对在校５ ～１７ 岁儿童少年２６００ 例， 进行耳根上点间宽、耳根上点眶距的测量。并按年龄性别作统计对比分析。结果　测量显示， 男女性二项结果均随年龄递增， 呈现均值增大的变化。耳根上点间宽最小值为１０４．６ ｍ ｍ ， 最大值为１７２ｍ ｍ ； 男性均值由１３８．９ ｍ ｍ ， 增至１５３．１ｍ ｍ ； 女性均值由１３６．５ｍ ｍ 增至１４８．７ｍ ｍ 。女性在１２ ～１７ 岁， 男性在１３ ～１７ 岁变化无显著差异。耳根上点眶距， 最小值为５７ｍ ｍ ， 最大值为９７ ｍ ｍ ； 男性均值由６９．８ｍ ｍ 递增至８４．９ｍ ｍ ； 女性均值由６７．５ｍ ｍ ， 递增至８０．３ ｍ ｍ 。女性在１３ ～１７ 岁， 男性在１５ ～１７ 岁之间变化无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To grasp the head and eye′s developing regular patten of children to proviede data for executing and choosing perfect glasses. Methods Use spreading caliper and sliding caliper as measurement tools to measure obs obs distance and obs ex distance of 5 to 17 year old children, total 2600 cases. Compared analysis was done according to the age and sex. Results The two results show that both total average of female and male increase with increasing of age. The female′s total average obs obs distance increases from 138 9mm to 153 1mm while the male′s from 136 5mm to 148 7mm, the minimum is 104 6mm, the maximum is 172mm. There is no obvious change while the female ages from 12 to 17 and the male ages from 13 to 17 The female′s total average obs ex distance increase from 69 8mm to 84 9mm, while the male′s from 67 5mm to 80 3mm. the minimum is 57mm, the maximum is 97mm. There is no obvious change while the female ages from 13 to 17 and the male ages from 15 to 17.更多还原
