【Abstract】 We used two ways of a monoclonal antibodybased DotELISA(McAbDotELISA)and a reverse indirect hemagglutination(RIHA)test to differentiate FMDV from SVDV .The results demonstrated that the McAbDotELISA technique had specific,rapid and simply advantages.In addition,the McAb-Dot-ELISA was more sensitive and stable than the RIHA.The test was a helpful try in developing a combined McAbs kit for diagnosing FMDV and SVDV.更多还原
