【Abstract】 The oil emulsion inactivated vaccine against Ulcerative Enteritis were prepared by formalin in activated clostridium colinum with mineal oil and tween 80.The results of safety,efficacy and field tests showed that the vaccine had better immunogenicity and could be used safely and conveniently.It could be store at 4℃～8℃ for more than 12 months and 10℃～25℃ for more than 3 months.The protection rate was 100% and the duration of immunity last for 6 months.更多还原
