【Abstract】 Different strains of Equine Influenza Virus(EIV)lsolated in China including A/Eq/Qinghai/2/94.A/Eq/JiLin/2/89 and A/Eq/Beijing/1/74 were used to infect the SPF chickens artificially.The results of HI test、clinical observation、virus isolation and pathological examination showed that EIV can elicit tentative immune response on the SPF chickens.No clinical symptom was observed,although less serve lesions were detected in some penechymatous organs of the chickens,and no virus can be isolated from the expermental infected chickens.更多还原
