【Abstract】 Clostridium perfringens in the air can be considered as indicative bacterium of contamination with faeces.The concentration of the bacteria in the air indicates the hygienic status of the animal house and possible infection caused by C1. perfringens of the animals.Evaluation of the air samples collected by KS 92 impinger showed that Cl.perfringens was almost 100% sporulated in the stable air.更多还原
