【摘要】 从一起以眼炎、呼吸道症状及腹泻为主症的美国七彩山鸡、白颈长尾雉所分离的１７ 株奇异变形杆菌，其培养性状及生化特性基本一致， 均表现出特有的迁徒生长现象。１６ 株菌对３ 种敏感药物 Ｃ Ｆ Ｐ、 Ａ Ｋ Ｎ、 Ｇ Ｅ Ｎ 的药敏试验经方差分析， 菌株间差异不显著， 对 Ｃ Ｆ Ｐ 一致显示双抑菌环现象。经系统聚类分析， 可细分为４ 个类型。另外， 均对 Ｃ Ｍ Ｐ、 Ｏ Ｘ Ａ、 Ｓ Ｘ Ｔ、 Ｅ Ｐ Ｙ、 Ｖ Ａ Ｎ、 Ｔ Ｅ Ｔ 六种抗生素耐药。由拮抗试验， 可将１７ 株菌划分４ 个 Ｄｉｅｎｅｓ型。通过动物回归试验， 分离株对小鼠有较强的致死性作用， 雏伊莎公鸡人工造病成功， 并从死亡例中回收到相应细菌。更多还原

【Abstract】 strains of Prioteus mirabilis were isolated from diseased Syrmaticus ellioti and Phasianus colchicus Linnaens with ophthalmia,respiratory symptom and diarrheaThese Proteus mirabilis almost have the same culture and biochemical characteristics,and show special swarming growth phenomenon In medicine sensitivity test,all isolates showed CFP double bacteriostasis rings phenomenon and CMP,OXA,SXT,EPY,VAN,TET antibacterial effects By dienes testing these,Proteus mirabilis in experiment were grouped into four types.
