【Abstract】 Objective:Toobservethe acute phaseinjury on heartand cardiac autonomoussystem causedbyradiofrequencycatheterablation(RFCA)- Methods: Heart rate variability (HRV) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 60 patients with paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia beforeand after RFCA- Results:Thebloodlevelof SODwassignificantly increased afterablation (p <0-01);Thetime and frequency domain HRVparameters all decreasedafter ablation,and the decrease of HF,LF,PNN50 and rMSSDwere significant (p < 0-01 or 0-05,respectively)- There was no relationship with SOD- Conclusion:Theresultsindicatesthatthedecrease of HRVwascaused bythe ablativeinjury on cardiacautonomous system ,anditdoes not relatetotheinjuryon heartitself-更多还原
