【Abstract】 Objective : To explore the therapeutic value of percutaneousintracoronary stentimplantation in the treatment of complex coronary artery lesions- Methods :Intracoronary stents were implanted in ninety patients aged 34 ～74 years with coronary artery disease in our hospitalfrom April 1995 to May 1999- Ninety patients included 84 males ,6 femals ;single vessel lesion in 14 cases ,double vessel lesion in 49 ,triple vessel lesion in 27- One hundred and twenty seven intracoronary stents were implanted ;96 in LAD,23 in RCAand 8 in LCX- Results : The procedure success rate was 100 % - Average diameter stenosis decreased from 85 % ～100 % to - 10 % ～10 % after stenting- Subcute thrombosis occurred in one case and severe bleeding occurred at the puncture site in 3 cases- During the follow up of 1 month to 4 years ,1 case (1-1 % ) had myocardial infarction ,12 (13-3 % ) reoccurred angina- Conclusion : The results suggest that intracoronary stenting is a safe and effective interventional procedure with a high success rate and few complications更多还原
