【摘要】 目的：探讨细胞Ca2+、Mg2+和环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）、环磷酸鸟苷（cGMP）含量及相互关系变化与高血压病的关系。方法：观察107例高血压病患者和30例正常人外周血淋巴细胞Ca2+-三磷酸腺苷酶（Ca2+-ATPase）活性、Ca2+、Mg2+、cAMP和cGMP含量变化。结果：临界高血压和高血压病各期细胞内Ca2+浓度升高、Mg2+浓度降低（P＜0．01）；高血压病各期细胞Ca2+-ATPase活性下降、cAMP和cGMP含量增高（P＜0．05～P＜0．01）。高血压病组平均动脉压与Ca2+-ATPase呈负相关、与Ca2+、cAMP和cGMP呈正相关（P＜0．05～P＜0．01）；Ca2+与Ca2+-ATPase呈负相关，与cAMP和cGMP呈正相关（P＜0．05～P＜0.01）。结论：细胞Ca2+、Mg2+转运障碍和cAMP、cGMP代谢异常可能涉及高血压病的发病机制，细胞Ca2+-ATPase活性下降、cAMP和cGMP含量升高可能部分与细胞Ca2+浓度增高、Mg2+浓度降低有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate intracellular canon Ca2+,Mg2+ and cyclic nucleotides and the interaction among them in essential hypertension (EH).Methods: Lymphocytic Ca2+ -ATPase activity, Ca2+, Mg2+, cyclic adenosine 3’, 5’-monophosphate (cAMP ) and cyclicguanosine 3’, 5’-monop hosphate (cGMP ) were measured in 107 pattents with EH of vanous stages and 30 normal subjecis.Results:Cellular Ca2+ was increased and Mg2+ decreased in patients with borderline hypertension and EH of all stages(＜0. 01). The Ca2+-ATPase activity was decreased,the cAMP and cGMP were increased in EH patients of all stages(p＜0. 05-p＜0. 01 ). In EH patients, the mean arterial pressure correlated negatively with Ca2+-ATPase and positively withCa2+,cAMP and cGMP respectively(p＜0. 05-p＜0.01);the Ca2+ correlated negatively with Ca2+-ATPase and positivelywith cAMP and cGMP(p＜0. 05-P＜0. 01 ).Conclusion: The results suggested that the changes of cellular canon Ca2+ and Mg’+ transport and cyclic nucleotidesmight be involved in the pathogenesis of EH,whereas the decreased Ca2+-ATPase activity and increased cAMP and cGMPin the cells might be in part related to the increase of Ca2+ and decrease of Mg2+.更多还原
