高血压病患者细胞钙、镁和环核苷酸含量变化
Cation Calcium,Magnesium and Cyclic Nucleotide in the Cells of Patients With Essential Hypertension
【摘要】 目的:探讨细胞Ca2+、Mg2+和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)含量及相互关系变化与高血压病的关系。方法:观察107例高血压病患者和30例正常人外周血淋巴细胞Ca2+-三磷酸腺苷酶(Ca2+-ATPase)活性、Ca2+、Mg2+、cAMP和cGMP含量变化。结果:临界高血压和高血压病各期细胞内Ca2+浓度升高、Mg2+浓度降低(P<0.01);高血压病各期细胞Ca2+-ATPase活性下降、cAMP和cGMP含量增高(P<0.05~P<0.01)。高血压病组平均动脉压与Ca2+-ATPase呈负相关、与Ca2+、cAMP和cGMP呈正相关(P<0.05~P<0.01);Ca2+与Ca2+-ATPase呈负相关,与cAMP和cGMP呈正相关(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:细胞Ca2+、Mg2+转运障碍和cAMP、cGMP代谢异常可能涉及高血压病的发病机制,细胞Ca2+-ATPase活性下降、cAMP和cGMP含量升高可能部分与细胞Ca2+浓度增高、Mg2+浓度降低有关。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate intracellular canon Ca2+,Mg2+ and cyclic nucleotides and the interaction among them in essential hypertension (EH).Methods: Lymphocytic Ca2+ -ATPase activity, Ca2+, Mg2+, cyclic adenosine 3’, 5’-monophosphate (cAMP ) and cyclicguanosine 3’, 5’-monop hosphate (cGMP ) were measured in 107 pattents with EH of vanous stages and 30 normal subjecis.Results:Cellular Ca2+ was increased and Mg2+ decreased in patients with borderline hypertension and EH of all stages(<0. 01). The Ca2+-ATPase activity was decreased,the cAMP and cGMP were increased in EH patients of all stages(p<0. 05-p<0. 01 ). In EH patients, the mean arterial pressure correlated negatively with Ca2+-ATPase and positively withCa2+,cAMP and cGMP respectively(p<0. 05-p<0.01);the Ca2+ correlated negatively with Ca2+-ATPase and positivelywith cAMP and cGMP(p<0. 05-P<0. 01 ).Conclusion: The results suggested that the changes of cellular canon Ca2+ and Mg’+ transport and cyclic nucleotidesmight be involved in the pathogenesis of EH,whereas the decreased Ca2+-ATPase activity and increased cAMP and cGMPin the cells might be in part related to the increase of Ca2+ and decrease of Mg2+.
