【摘要】 本文以鸡乳杆菌培养物饲喂新生雏鸡来观察其对雏鸡盲肠８种正常菌群定植的影响。结果表明：雏鸡饲喂乳杆菌培养物后，１０日龄前，盲肠内大肠杆菌数明显降低（Ｐ＜００１），双歧杆菌、类杆菌和乳杆菌数明显增多（Ｐ＜００１）。其它菌群未发生变化更多还原

【Abstract】 It was carried out with the culture solution of Lactobacillus fed to the day-old chickens to observe the effects on the colonization of the main normal microflora in chickens cecums. The results showed that before the chickens that were fed Lactoacillus were 10 days old, the amount of Escherichia coli greatly decreased (P<0.01), and the amount of Bifidobacterium, Bacteroidceae and Lactobacillus greatly increased (P<0.01).
