【摘要】 目的　结合本组资料及近年来的观点,阐述胰腺损伤的诊断与手术处理。方法　回顾性分析综合4 所医院137 例胰腺损伤的临床资料。结果　117 例治愈,死亡20 例,病死率14-6 % ,其中15 例死于严重多发伤。发生胰瘘、肠瘘在内的各类并发症29 例。结论　目前对胰腺损伤的诊断尚缺特异性的检查项目,关键是要保持警觉,综合判断。胰腺损伤是多发伤死亡的主要原因。按损伤类型及胰腺损伤情况,选择适当的术式,以提高生存率,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective The diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic injury have been introduced by the experience from these data and the view on it in recent years.Methods The authors conducted a retrospective chart review of documented pancreatic injury 137 cases from four hospitals. Results 117 cases is recovery. There were 20 deaths, which included 15 associated injuries. The mortality was 14 6%. There were 29 complications, which included fistula and peritoneal infection. Conclusion These data showed a lack of specific examination to pancreatic injury. It was the key for us to alert pancreatic injury in diagnosis. The majority of the death in patients with pancreatic injury were due to associated injuries. We should approach pancreatic injury according to the classification and the condition of the injury and choose a proper operation method in order to improve the survival rate and diminish the complications.更多还原
