【摘要】 目的　研究４４６例４０～４９岁人群膳食与糖尿病患病率的关系。方法　随机对昆明城区４４６例４０～４９岁人群的膳食与糖尿病（ＤＭ）和糖耐量低减（ＩＧＴ）患病率的关系进行调查。结果　该人群ＤＭ 患病率为３．１４％ ，ＩＧＴ患病率２．６９％ 。调查对象按其添加主要副食不同分为蔬菜、肥肉、糖食、豆类四组。各组平均年龄、工作强度、标准体重百分数均无显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。各组ＤＭ 患病率：蔬菜组０，肥肉组８．９６％ ，糖食组１．０３％ ，豆类组０．８１％ 。肥肉组ＤＭ 患病率和平均血糖值高于其它三组（Ｐ≤０．０１），其余三组间无显著性差异。ＩＧＴ患病率四组间无显著性差异。ＤＭ 病人中７８．５７％是肥胖和超重体型；肥胖体型患ＤＭ 的相对危险度是正常体型的１０．６７倍，是低体重体型的８．５７倍，ＩＧＴ病人在各种体型中分布无显著性差异。结论　高脂肪膳食、肥胖与血糖水平、ＤＭ 患病率密切相关，而富含纤维、植物蛋白膳食可有效预防ＤＭ，食糖并不增加ＤＭ 患病率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between diet and prevalence rate of diabetes among 446 persons aged 40～49 years.Methods 446 persons aged 40～49 years were selected randomly in Kunming. Results Their diet and prevalence rate of DM and IGT were investigated the subjects were divided as 4 groups according to their habit and the adding of different kind of food:vegetable group (group 1),fat meat group(group 2),sugar group(group 3) and bean group(group 4). The prevalence rate of DM was 3.14%for the groups(0.00% for group 1, 8.96% for group 2, 1.03 % for group 3, 0.81% for group 4).The prevalence rate of IGT was 2.69% for the groups.There was no significant difference among the 4 group in average age. Working intesity, PDR and prevalence rate of IGT(P>0.05).But average blood sugar level and prevalence rate DM in group 2 were higher than that of other 3 groups(P≤0.01),and no significant difference was abserved in other 3 group(P>0.05).78.57% of the patients with DM were obesity and over weight stature. Relative risk of prevalence rate of DM in obese was 10.67 times as high as that of normal status, and 8.57 times as high as that of low status of patients with IGT were not different significantly.Conclusion ①Fat meat and obesity were related closely to blood sugar level and prevalence rates of DM.②Food with abundant fiber, vegetable protein and low fat can effectivety prevent DM. ③Prevalence rate of DM could not be increased by eating sugar.更多还原
