【摘要】 应用淋巴细胞杂交瘤技术，获得１株针对志贺氏菌样毒素Ⅱ型变异体（ＳｈｉｇａｌｉｋｅｔｏｘｉｎⅡｖａｒｉａｎｔ，ＳＬＴⅡｖ）Ａ亚基单位的杂交瘤细胞，并建立了以硝酸纤维素膜为载体的菌落ＥＬＩＳＡ法。用此法检测１５株分离自猪水肿病的野毒菌株和３株产其它型ＳＬＴ的标准菌株，发现该单克隆抗体与１４株野毒菌株呈阳性反应，与产ＳＬＴⅡ的９３３Ｗ株菌有微弱交叉反应，但与产ＳＬＴⅠ和ＶＴ２的菌株（Ｈ３０和Ｅ３２５１１）均无反应。这表明该法能特异、敏感、简便、快速地鉴定产ＳＬＴⅡｖ的大肠埃希氏菌，适用于猪水肿病临床诊断及流行病学调查更多还原

【Abstract】 The hybridoma cell strain excreting monoclonal antibodies (McAb) against Shiga like toxin Ⅱ variant (SLT Ⅱv) subunit A was obtained using the method for fusion of SP2/0 myeloma cells with mouse’s spleen cells and a colony ELISA using the McAb as a probe and nitrate fibrous membrane as carrier was established, by means of which 15 wild strains isolated from pigs with edema disease and 3 standard strains producing other Shiga like toxins distinct from SLT Ⅱv were measured respectively and 14 of the 15 wild strains showed reactions positive for the McAbs and the 933W strain producing SLT Ⅱ only had minimal cross reaction with the McAb but the strains producing SLT Ⅰ and ST2 (H 30 and E 32511 ) had no reaction with the McAb. And it was indicated that Escherichia coli producing SLT Ⅱv were identified and detected specifically, sensitively, easy and rapidly by the colony ELISA, which is a method suitable for clinical diagnosis and epidemiologic investigation of swine edema disease.更多还原
