单螺杆挤出过程中固体粒子的变形、取向与熔融 Ⅱ.固体粒子的取向分析
Deformation, Orientation and Melting of Solid Particles in Single Screw Extrusion Ⅱ. Orientation Analysis of Solid Particles
【摘要】 对聚合物固体粒子在挤出过程中的取向问题进行了定性分析，并在带有在线显微观察和摄影系统的全程透明视窗单螺杆挤出机上，对LDPE物料颗粒在挤出机不同熔融阶段的取向和熔融情况进行了在线观察实验，并对LDPE固体颗粒在挤出过程中的两种不同取向构造形式进行了描述。
【Abstract】 Orientation of solid particles of polymer in extrusion is qualitatively analyzed. Online visibletests for orientation and melting of LDPE particles in the different melting stages are carried out onthe single screw extruder with on1ine microscopic and photographic system. TWo different orienta-tion features of LDPE solid particles in extrusion are also described.
