【摘要】 目的：分析分娩女性新生儿的产妇１１０例。方法：与对照组分别按神经症筛选表和症状自评量表评定；并对比产后出血量、子宫复旧、乳汁分泌及尿潴留的差异。结果：新生儿为女性的产妇神经症及症状自评量表得分较高，产后出血量较多。结论：应加强对生女孩的产妇心理咨询服务更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the psychophysioloic influence of female newborn on puerpera.Methods:80 women with male newborn and 110 women with female newborn were assessed by neurotic screening schedule and SCL-90,and the differences of quantities of postpartum hemorrhage,contraction of uterus,quantities of breast milk secretion and retention of urine were analyzed between these two groups.Results:Puerpera with female newborn scored higher when evaluated with neurotic screening schedule and SCL-90,and the quantities of postpartum hemorrhage were more in them.Conclusion:The psychological consultation should be applied to those women who delivered female infants. \ \更多还原
