【Abstract】 Abstract According to this article, the 2625km2 YulinShenmu coal mining area located in the northwest part of Shaanxi Province can be turned into an extralarge export coal production base that China needs. As the best part of the ShenfuDongsheng coal field, this coal mining area is endowed with coal reserves with low ash, low sulfur, low phosphorous contents and high thermal value. This article gives an account about the characteristics of the coal mining area and the proposed ideas for its development, as well as analysis of the financing sources for the development.更多还原
