降糖口服液对糖尿病小鼠血液、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响

【摘要】 研究糖尿病小鼠血液、免疫及抗氧化功能的变化及降糖口服液的作用。测定血中白细胞、红细胞、血小板数及血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三脂、血钙含量;测定脾、胸腺脏器指数及吞噬率;测定心、肾、脾、肝微粒体、肝线粒体、胰腺、脑等脏器GSHpx、SOD活性及MDA含量。糖尿病小鼠血中血红蛋白含量及白细胞数下降,MDA含量升高,其中对肝线粒体、脾脏的影响较大,降糖口服液能明显逆转上述改变,并能提高正常小鼠的抗氧化功能、降低血中甘油三脂含量。降糖口服液不仅具有降糖作用,而且具有维持机体正常功能和延缓衰老的作用。

【Abstract】 To compare the effects of drink for reducing blood sugar(DRBS) on blood composition, immune function and antioxidation in normal mice and alloxan diabetic mice. We counted the numbers of leucocyte,erythrocyte and platelet in the blood. We determined ro the levels of hemoglobin, cholesterol, triglyceride, calcium in the blood; ②the phagocytic in dex and viseera index of spleen and thymus; ③the activities of GSHpx, SOD and the content of MDA in the heart, the brain, the spleen, the kidney, the pancreas, the liver mitochodria and the liver microsome. Results: ①DRBS significantly in creased the number of the white blood cells and hemoglobin content and reduced cholesterol content in diabetic mice, and the influences of DRBS on blood composition were not found in normal mice. ②DRBS raised the phagocytic index and viscera index of spleen and thymus in diabetic mice and normal mice.③DRBS improved the antioxidation of the diabetic mice and normal mice, especially, strengthened the antioxidation of spleen, pancreas and liver mitochedria in the diabetic mice.Conclusion: DRBS could improve anaemia of diabetic mice, alleviate the tissue damage induced by lacking oxygen and prevent the atherosclerosis formed: DRBS could raised the immune function and the antioxidation of mice, so the DRBS may be good for the health of diabetic patients and all of normal people.
