【摘要】 目的：探讨不同类型的白内障患者施行白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法：对１０种不同类型的白内障手术治疗后的情况进行回顾性分析。结果：２０３５只眼中，术后矫正视力≥０．５者占７５．６％。除Ｆｕｃｈｓ综合征外，老年性白内障组术后矫正视力≥０．５的百分比高于其他组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术是治疗白内障的有效方法。合并其他眼病的白内障患者也宜争取手术治疗的机会更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the outcome of cataract extraction with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in the patients with different types of cataract. METHODS: A retrospective analysis was carried out on the condition of the patients with 10 different types of cataract. RESULTS: Among 2035 eyes, 75 6% of them achieved corrected visual acuity of 0 5 or more after treatment. Except for Fuchs syndrome, the percentage of postoperative corrected visual acuity of 0 5 or more was more high in senile cataract group than in other groups ( P <0 05).CONCLUSION: Cataract extraction with IOL implantation is one of effective technique for treatment of cataract. Patients with cataract combined with other eye diseases should try for chance of surgical treatment.更多还原
