含活性SiO2材料改善菱镁混凝土性能的研究
Research on Properties of Magnesium Oxychloride Concrete with Active SiO2 Materials
【摘要】 在菱镁混凝土中添加含活性SiO2 的材料,如粉煤灰和沸石粉,来提高制品的耐水性和强度.运用正交试验分析手段,找出了添加材料对制品性能的影响程度.试验证明粉煤灰的掺入对提高制品的性能有显著作用,按此一定配比生产出了性能改进的菱镁混凝土矿用背板.进一步分析表明,随粉煤灰品质的改善,将能得到性能更加优异的菱镁混凝土制品.
【Abstract】 Materials containing active SiO 2 such as fly ash and zeolite powder added to magnesium oxychloride concrete, can make its strength and water resistance much better. Orthogonal test analysis has been employed to find out the degree of influence of the materials containing active SiO 2 on the magnesium oxychloide concrete. Experiments have shown that the properties of magnesium oxychloride concrete are remarkably enhanced by adding fly ash into it. According to this formula the mining back boards with improved properties are produced. Further analysis has indicated that with the enhancement of the fly ash quality, magnesium oxychloride concrete products with better properties can be produced.
