【摘要】 本文在研究了卧式涡轮分级机气流场的分布规律后得到由下列参数 :分级机结构尺寸、涡轮结构尺寸、涡轮转速、气流量、材料特性等组成分级粒径的计算公式 ;分析了在超细气流分级中普遍存在的“鱼钩效应”的原因 ,为进一步研究和解决“鱼钩效应”提出了新的思路更多还原

【Abstract】 The parameters of classified particle cut size include the fluid bed structural size,the turbine structural size,rotational speed,rate of air,the characteristics of air and powders.On the base of the experimented data,the vortex theory of the“fish hook”which generally occurs in the ultrafine classification has been advanced.The new idea to further reserch the “fish hook”has been presented.更多还原
