滑阀机构液压卡紧无传感器诊断方法研究
Research on Sensor Free Diagnosis Method of Spool Sticking
【摘要】 针对常见的滑阀液压卡紧现象提出了一种利用电磁铁颤振电流信号诊断故障的新方法。该方法不依赖于专门的传感器件,易于在机电一体阀阀内实现诊断。给出了理论分析和实验研究结果,为液压系统故障在线检测和在线排除提供了新思路。
【Abstract】 With regard to common spool sticking failures a new diagnosis method with oscillation current detection is presented in the paper. The method does not depend on any special sensor and is easy to realize within a mechatronic integrated valve. Related results of theoretic analysis and experimental research are given. The research provides a new way for on-line detecting and removing an electro-hydraulic converter failure.
