叉轴式强力滚磨加工的技术方案及理论研究
The Technological Plan and Theory Analysis of Skew Spindle High Pressure Finishing
【摘要】 根据大中型盘类零件表面光整加工的实际需求,制定了叉轴式强力滚磨加工的技术方案,全面系统地阐述了加工机理,重点研究了磨块与工件表面间复杂的相对运动情况,建立了数学模型,推导出计算切削速度和切削角的公式,从理论上找到了影响加工的主要因素及规律。
【Abstract】 On the basis of the practical demand of surface finishing of large and mediate scale dise_type parts, proposes a design for skew spindle high pressure finishing(SS-HPF). Illustrates its finishing mechanism systematically, esp. the complicated relative motion between chip and parts’ surface, sets up a methematical modle, deduces formulas for cutting speed and cutting angle, and finally finds in theory the main factors and regular patterns to affect the finish.
