面向曲面NC加工刀位计算的基本单元模型
MODM Model of NC Path Generation for Free Form Surface Machining
【摘要】 提出一个面向曲面NC加工刀位计算的曲面离散基本单元模型及其误差控制方法。该模型考虑了对基本单元的逼近精度以及偏置精度的控制。将该模型应用于曲面加工刀位计算能有效地改善现有方法在误差控制、行距计算和干涉检验等方面存在的不足。同时,模型的形式非常简单,可有效简化NC刀轨的生成计算
【Abstract】 This paper presents a new discrete model of NC path generation for free form surface machining.The surfaces are approximated with a set of discrete units——MODM(Manufacture Oriented Discrete Modelon)under the subdivision criteria for bounding the newly desined approximation errors,offset errors and NC path generation errors.With MODM,the problems caused by currently methods in error control,path interval estimation and interfrence checking can be overcome.As the boundary of MODM is composed of line segments,the NC path generation process can be effectively simplified.
