钣料成形过程动力分析中的惯性效应及对策

【摘要】 指出钣料成形过程中采用曲面压料面时, 压边圈夹紧过程动力显式有限元分析存在惯性效应问题。提出 “虚拟补实压边圈”方法克服惯性作用, 高效实现曲面压边圈夹紧过程的动力显式有限元模拟, 拓展动力显式有限元方法在钣料成形数值模拟中的应用领域, 对于连续快速地模拟曲面压边和拉延等多阶段钣料成形过程意义重大。

【Abstract】 A phenomenon of inertial effect in dynamic explicit finite element simulation of sheet metal forming processes is discovered when the dynamic explicit finite element method is used to simulate the process of the binder wrap stage under the curved surface of binder. Then the solution strategy for the inertial effect is discussed. To overcome the undesirable inertial effect in the simulation of the binder wrap stage, a virtual entity method for filling up the cavity of the binder is proposed in this paper. A numerical test for the forming process of a typical stamping part shows that the virtual entity method is simple and efficient. This method produces a highly efficient way to simulate the process of the binder wrap stage under the curved surface of binder by the dynamic explicit finite element method and extends the application field of the dynamic explicit finite element method in sheet metal forming process simulation. It is important for implementing the simulation for different work stages of sheet metal forming processes continuously and quickly, such as the binder wrap stage, drawing stage and so on.
