激光熔覆阀门零件的研究与应用
The Application of Laser Cladding Technology on Valve Parts
【摘要】 使用5kW横流CO2激光器对石化系统高参数阀门的密封面进行激光熔覆强化,得到了1mm~3.5mm厚,表面光滑平整的合金层。检测分析表明,激光熔层的组织性能、与基体的结合、对基体的热影响、熔层质量与成品率均优于等离子喷焊等传统强化工艺。
【Abstract】 In this research it is introduced that a5kW laser with CO2 flow transverse was used forcladding the sealing surface of high-parameter valve forpetrochemical industry. A laser cladding coat 1~3. 5mmthick can be made with smooth surface. The test andcompression analysis indicate that the phase structure,combined with base metal, heat-effect to base metal andall performance have obvious advantage over those of thesealing surfaces by plasma spurt welding or otherstrengthening processes. It has been proved by user thatthe sealing surface of valves processed by laser claddinghave better property of anti-abrasive, anti-acid, anti-high-temperature, and, have the longer life. Thisprocess is much effective to increase the safety, reliabilityand economic benefit of the production equipment andproduction line.
