旋转对称密封缝隙流场的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis on Flow Field in Rotational Symmetrical Seal Clearance
【摘要】 以推力静压轴承和静压滑环的简化模型──旋转对称盘形密封缝隙为研究对象,深入系统地研究了在变粘度条件下,缝隙流场的数学模型、有限元模型,并编制了有限元分析计算程序,对缝隙流场的速度分布、压力分布、温度(粘度分布)进行分析求解,得出了这些场量的分布规律,为缝隙流场分析计算提供了方法和基础。
【Abstract】 Taking a simple model of hydrostaticthrust bearing and hydraulic slipring, rotational symmetrical seal clearance as research object, this paper deeplydescribes mathematical model and finite element modelwith variable viscosity on flow field in the clearance. Atthe same time, finite element analyzing and calculatingprograms are built up to solve the velocity distribution,pressure distribution, temperature distribution (viscositydistribution) in the clearance now field and the distribution’s laws of quantities are obtained. The research provides methods and theoretical foundations of studying onflow field in clearance.
