【Abstract】 180 non -immune Lohmann breeding eggs were divided into three groups. Tere were 60 breeding eggs in each group. They were hatched in the same place at the same time. All embryos were inoculated NDV at 9 days old with different dosage at each group. The dose-effect relationship of chick embryo allantoic fluid was observed. The results show: The volume of allantoic fluid was sigmficantly affected by inoculation dosage. There was negative correlation in them. lnoculation dosage had no significant effect on allantoic fluid agglutination titer.更多还原
