【摘要】 为了解崇文区健康人群麻疹抗体水平，对0～49岁479人进行了麻疹抗体水平监测．结果显示，抗体阳性率为75．37％（361/479），阳性率较高的人群是1岁和20～29岁，分别是98．33％和93．33％;较低的是6月龄儿童，阳性率为1．69％．各年龄组间抗体阳性率的有极显著的统计学意义（P＜0．001）．从抗体水平看：以低抗体（1：200）为主，占44.68％，中抗体（1：800）占23.38％，高抗体（1：3200）占了30％；抗体几何平均滴度倒数（GRT）为246.72．抗体清度水平的的高低与阳性率分布一致，仍有24.64％的人处于易感水平，主要是6月龄儿童．这部分人群中有98．31％的人抗体水平＜1：200．其中＜1：50的占72.89％，1：50的占25.42％．经分析比较，其它年龄组抗体比较平衡稳定．因此今后预防的重点人群是6月龄儿童，建议麻疹疫苗（MV）初免提前至6月龄，并考虑可给婚前体检女青年进行MV免疫。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigated the measles immune level of 479 healthy people from 0 -49yeals old. The total antibody positive rate was 75.37% (361/479). The groups with higher antibodypositive rates were 1 year old (98.33%) and 20 year old (93.33%) persons, and that with lowest positive rate was 6 month old children (1.69%), the difference among them was very distinctive(p<0.001). The survey also showed that 44.68% of the populahon inveStigated was at a lowerantiboldy level, 23.38% at moderate level and 7.31% at higher level, the average GMRT was246.72. The antibody level was in accordance with the measles antibody positive rate. 24.64% of thepersons were susceptible to measles, they were mainly children of 6 months old, of them 98.31% hadantibody level < 1:50(72.89%) and 1:50 (25.42%) were involved. This study indicated that the 6month old childal were sensitive to measles, so we suggest that it is betthe to begin the primary~non of measles in children of 6 months old.更多还原
