【摘要】 细胞的敏感性在脊髓灰质炎病毒（PV）检测中具有重要意义，运用RD、Hep-2及新引入的L20B细胞同时进行肠道病毒的分离及鉴定，结果3种细胞对PV出现了不同程度的漏检，RD细胞的漏检率较高．L20B细胞对PV具有较强的敏感性和特异性，但也出现了1株PV的漏检．不同细胞对PV检出率差异的原因有待于继续研究．更多还原

【Abstract】 It is important to evaluate the sensitivities of the Cells used in isolation and identificationfor poliovirus. Our study shoal that the sensitivities of RD, Hep-2 and L20B Cell lines are dilTerent. The false negative rate of ac oh to poliovirus was higher than the other two. L20B Cellshave a better sensitivity and specificity to poliothe, but they missed one strain of poliovirus. Theams which cause the difference in positive rates of theSe three Cell lines to poliovirus need to befurther studied.更多还原
