氦质谱检漏仪的误差分析

【摘要】 本文通过对氦质谱检漏仪产生误差的各种因素进行综合分析，运用误差理论，最后计算出合成误差．

【Abstract】 The article has analysed all factors that cause uncertainty of leak detection of Helium mass spectrometer and applied error theory to calculate total uncertainty of leak rate.
