【摘要】 为评价石家庄市万名医务人员健康教育在职培训效果 ,采用准实验研究设计 ,以培训前后测试及问卷调查方法进行了中期效果评价。结果显示 ,干预组培训前后在健康教育知识、态度、技能诸方面发生了明显变化 ,与对照比较 ,差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。说明石市医务人员健康教育在职培训收到了预期成效 ,采用的“骨干专题培训与全员普训相结合、集中辅导与自学《培训手册》相结合”的培训方法是可行且有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of in-serveice training of health education to over 10-thousant medical staff in Shijiazhuang city Methods Using quasi-exprimental design,both a pre-post traing test and a questionnair were adopted to compare the difference between the experimental group and the control group Results There were obvious changes in knowledges,attitudes and skills of health education in the experimental group before and after the in-service trainning;which has a significant difference compared with the control group( P <0 01) Conclusion The in-service training of health education to medical staff in Shijiazhuang city has gained expecter results The training methods of “combining special subject training to backbones with general training to all staff;combining tutorship with selfstudy”were feasible and effctive更多还原
