【Abstract】 This paper makes a brief review on most of the papers and works published in China in the field of maritime law in 1999 while giving its special attention to the new development in theory and questions under heat discussion. It is arranged in the order as follows: real right of ships, carriage of goods by sea , admiralty law, maritime insurance law, maritime proceedings and time bar. In addition, the paper concludes with the vision on the prospect of China’s maritime law development.更多还原
