膜与臭氧化生物活性炭组合系统的运行效能

【摘要】 将膜与臭氧化-生物活性炭工艺组合,在臭氧化-生物活性炭O3+BAC工艺前,先经MF过滤,去除能被O3氧化的固体颗粒状有机物,减轻BAC的有机负荷,再对BAC出水进行UF过滤,能有效地防止由BAC表面脱落的微生物进入水中,有效地去除水中的有机污染物,去除率为60%-85%,CODMn值全部在1.2-17mg/L之间,平均为1.3mg/L能确保出水水质.

【Abstract】 O3+BAC process is most popularly employed in advanced water treatment system. In recent years, with thedevelopment of membrane separation especially micro-filtration (MF) and ultra-filtration (UF), the MF membrane is usedin O3+BAC processes as pretreatment to remove the particles that can be ozonated by ozonation, by which the organicload is decreased and lifetime of BAC is prolonged. The effluent from BAC is further treated by UF to remove the fallenBiofilm from BAC, and hence remove Organic pollutants in suspension as well, with CODMn removal of 60%-85%. Thefinal effluent CODMn of 1.2-1.7mg/L.
