微絮凝直接纤维过滤去除低浊水中的腐殖质
Removal of humus in low turbidity water using micro-flocculation joint direct fiber filtration process.
【摘要】 通过批量和连续动态试验研究了微絮凝直接纤维过滤去除低浊饮用水中微量腐殖质的效能与条件.结果表明,富里酸( F A) 的去除率与纤维滤料的堆密度、絮凝剂的投加量、过滤速度、原水浊度等有关.对10 N T U 以下的模拟低浊水,适宜的纤维堆密度为74 .4g/ L,滤床高为1 .2 m .在此条件下,当过滤速度为30 m /h 、原水浊度约9 N T U 、聚合氯化铝( P A C) 投加量1 .75 m g/ L 时,对水中2 m g/ L 的 F A 平均去除率约75 % ,工作周期( 浊度小于0 .3 N T U 、水头损失小于1 .8 m ) 在24 h 以上.
【Abstract】 This paper studies the humus removal in low turbidity water by fiber filter in batch test and sequence test systems. The results proved that the humus removal efficiency depends on several factors such as the density of fiber in the filter, flocculant dosage, filtering velocity, turbidity of raw water, etc. If the turbidity is below 10NTU, the suitable density of fiber is 74.4g/L and the height of fiber bed is 1.2m. In these conditions, 2mg/L Fulvic Acid (FA) can be removed about 75% when the filtering velocity is 30m/h, raw water turbidity is 9NTU and PAC dosage is 1.75mg/L with more than 24h filtering period (the turbidity < 0.3NTU, water head loss < 1.8m).
