【摘要】 用原核表达的汉坦病毒７６１１８株核蛋白为夹心抗原，组合抗人μ链多克隆抗体和酶标抗汉坦病毒单克隆抗体，建立了ＩｇＭ捕捉法ＥＬＩＳＡ，用以检测６１０份疑似患者血清，并与免疫荧光法（ＩＦＡ）相比较。结果本方法与ＩＦＡ的阳性符合率９４１０％、阴性符合率９２８３％、总符合率９３６１％，检出率在发病５日内明显高于ＩＦＡ，６至３０日无区别，３０天后开始下降，检出病例的月分布与发病规律相符。表明重组核蛋白抗原的ＩｇＭ捕捉ＥＬＩＳＡ能够准确早期诊断ＨＦＲＳ。更多还原

【Abstract】 For studying the value of IgM capturing ELISA with recombinant antigen to the serodiagnosis of HFRS,The ELISA was established with antigen expressed from 76118 strain S genome segment in E.coli,combining with polyclonal Ab against human μ chain and HRP labeled monoclonal Ab against Hantavirus.The method was used to detect 610 sera of suspected HFRS pstients,and the results were compared to that of Indirect Fluorescent Assyay.The coincidences of ELISA with IFA were 94 10% for positive sera,92 83% for negative,and 93 61% for general;the sensitivities of the ELISA were apparently higher than that of the IFA for the patients that within 5 days ill length ,equal for that with 6 to 30 days ill length,and lower for that with 1month or longer ill length;the month distribution of porsitive found was accod with the infection rule.
