【摘要】 对哈尔滨市７家大医院住院病人，采用１∶１配比病例对照研究，使用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ模型进行分析。单因素分析结果提示：身高、体重、脑力劳动、病毒感染和遗传５个因素为Ⅱ型ＤＭ的危险因素。多因素分析表明：体重超重、病毒感染及遗传为Ⅱ型ＤＭ的危险因素，体育锻炼为保护性因素。遗传研究表明：Ⅱ型ＤＭ属多基因遗传，遗传度为５８．７４％。更多还原

【Abstract】 We have analyzed the risk factor and heritability of NIDDM by 1∶1 matched case control study in the seven hospitals in the harbin.The result of univariate analysis showed that height,weight,mental labour,infection and heriditary are the risk factors of NIDDM.The result of multivariate analysis showed that weight、infection and heriditary are the risk factors of NIDDM.On the contrary,the exercise is preventive factor.In addition.the rersult of heriditary study is that NIDDM belongs to multigene heriditary,heritability of NIDDM is 58 78%.更多还原
