【摘要】 为了解ＡｐｏＥ基因型在上海老年痴呆患者中的分布情况，进一步揭示ＡｐｏＥ基因多态性和老年痴呆的关系，对４１例老年痴呆患者及４２例正常老年人，用ＰＣＲ－ＲＦＬＴ方法作了有关ＡｐｏＥ基因型的检测。结果发现，病例组中ＡｐｏＥ的Ｅ４等位基因频率显著高于对照组，ＯＲ值为３．６６（９５％ＣＩ为１．５３～８．９１），提示等位基因Ｅ４是老年痴呆的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 In an effort to explore the distribution of ApoE genotype in senile dementia patient and to show up the association of polymorphism of ApoE and the senile dementia,we have undertaken case control studies of the subjects of senile dementia(n=41) and normal controls(n=42),the statues of ApoE gene was determined by PCR RFLP method,we found that the E4 allele of ApoE was significantly more frequent in senile dementia patients than in controls (P<0 01,OR=3 66,95%CI:1 53～8 91),the findings suggested that E4 allele of ApoE is a risk factor of senile dementia更多还原
