【摘要】 目的　明确脊椎节段固定区软骨终板的变化与脊椎内固定术后并发症二者之间的关系。方法　制做新西兰兔脊椎节段内固定模型 2 4只为实验组 ,分别于术后 3个月 ,6个月进行固定区椎间盘软骨终板的形态学观察 ,并与 8只对照组兔比较。结果　实验组兔固定区软骨终板呈现退变趋势 ,椎间盘发生退变。结论　这种改变将对脊椎内固定产生不利影响。提出减少脊椎内固定节段 ,固定区椎间盘切除并植骨是防止术后并发症产生的一种有效方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make clear the relationship between the changes of cartilage end plate in the fixed segments and the complications after internal fixation of spine Methods In experimental group, intersegmental fixation of lumbar spine were made in 24 adult New Zealand rabbits, and after 3 and 6 months the changes of cartilage end plate in fixed segments were examined with LM and TEM, and the results were compared with the structures of cartilage end plate in 8 controlled rabbits Results Degenerative changes were found in the cartilage end plates and intervertebral discs Conclusion The degenerative changes in cartilage end plates and discs would induce harmful effect on spinal fixation Decreasing the fixed segments, resecting the discs in the fixed region and grafting bone will be the effective method for avoiding the postoperative complications更多还原
