【摘要】 目的　分析人工髋关节置换术的并发症。方法与结果　 6 5例人工髋关节置换术后随访1～ 8年。 58例出现 10 9项并发症 ,以疼痛最多 (58例 ) ,假体松动 (2 6例 ) ,髋臼磨损 (9例 ) ,人工股骨头术后脱位 (3例 ) ,切口感染 (3例 ) ,关节周围骨化 (3例 ) ,及其它。结论　认为发生并发症的原因与手术操作、金属假体质量、患者个体差异等因素有关 ,并对防止或减少这些并发症提出一些手术经验和预防措施更多还原
