【摘要】 本文用蛋白印迹法（ＷｅｓｔｅｒｎＢｌｏｔ）对来源于云南省思茅县竹林乡的４１只野生恒河猴作了猴Ｄ型逆转录病毒（ＳＲＶ）血清抗体检查。其中，９只确定为阳性的动物血清中有膜蛋白ｇｐ２０反应，所检查的４１只动物中均未见膜蛋白ｇｐ７０和核心蛋白ｐ２７的反应。结果表明：云南省思茅地区的野生恒河猴群中，存在感染猴Ｄ型逆转录病毒的动物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-one wild Rhesus monkeys from Zhulin in Simao County in Yunnan province wer e tested for the serum antiboties to SRV by Western Blot. Nine monkeys showed p ostive reactivity to the transmembrane glycoprotein, iegp20. There weren’t rea ctivity to the envelope protein, iegp70, and major core protein, iep27 in 41 mon keys.
