豚鼠胆囊胆固醇结石模型的建立
Establishment of Guinea Pig Molel of Cholesterol Calculus in Gallbladder
【摘要】 目的 为研究结石形成机理和研制溶解人类结石的制剂提供良好的动物模型。方法 将100 只一级雌性豚鼠随机分成4 组,对照组饲喂普通颗粒饲料,实验1 ~3 组分别饲喂含不同致石剂的普通颗粒饲料。饲养80 天后取血清及胆汁分别作生化测定,肉眼及光镜下观察胆汁中结石形成情况。结果:实验1~3 组豚鼠胆固醇结石形成率、血液和胆汁中胆固醇及总胆红素含量显著高于对照组(P< 0-01) 。结论:胆固醇,蔗糖和鱼肝油均为豚鼠胆囊胆固醇结石形成的良好诱发因素,而维生素C可降低其结石形成率
【Abstract】 To provide suitable model for studying the mechanism of lithogenesis and developing calculus-dissolving preparation. Method: One hundred of female guinea pigs were randomly divided into 4 groups, the animals were fed with the conventional food, and the experimental groups 1 to 3 were also supplemented with different kinds of gallstone-induced agent. Eighty days later, the serum and bile sampled from the animals were detected by biochemical analysis. The bile was also used for examination of galestore crystal. Reults: The contents of Cholesterol and bilirubin, the lithogenesis rate of groups 1~3 were significantly higher than those of control group. Conclusion: Cholesterol, or saccharose/fish oil were efficient factors for inducing cholesterol caculus of gallbladder, sufficient Vitamin C may decrease the cholesterol, saccharose/fish oil induced caculus in guinea pigs.
