【摘要】 详细介绍了双通道煤粉燃烧器在湖南石门电厂、湘潭电厂Ｂ 厂３００ ＭＷ 机组锅炉上的应用情况。试验和运行结果表明，双通道煤粉燃烧器具有燃烧稳定性好、低负荷稳燃功能强，对煤种适应广等特点，适合在燃用低挥发分劣质无烟煤或煤质变化大的锅炉上采用，同时，针对该燃烧器一次风气流刚性差、煤粉离析、炉渣可燃物高和燃烧器内温度高、喷嘴易变形烧坏等缺点提出了解决办法与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application situation of double pass pulverized coal burners in 300 MW boilers in Hunan Shimen Power Plant and Xiangtan B Power Plant are introduced in detail.Testing and operation results showed that double pass pulverized coal burners featured good stability of combustion,steady state combustion function strong at low load,broad adaptability to coal category etc.,being adaptable to be applied in boilers burning low volatile matter,low quality anthracite or in boilers burning coals with frequently varying properties.In the meantime in light of poor rigidity of primary air flow,segregation of pulverized coal,high combustible matter in bottom slag,temperature gigh inside burners,nozzles being susceptible to be deformed and burnt out etc. defects,the methods for solving these problems and suggestions are put forward.更多还原
