电站锅炉受热面管束防磨技术的研究
STUDY ON THE EROSION PROTECTION TECHNIQUE FOR THE BOILER TUBE BUNDLES OF POWER PLANT
【摘要】 运用计算机辅助数值模拟方法,将气固两相流动理论和材料磨损理论相结合,对锅炉受热面管束受含灰气流冲击磨损的机理,防磨措施的防磨效果进行了探讨,为工程实际应用提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper the mechanism of the erosion of heated surface of boiler tubes caused by the gas particle flow is studied numerically. The gas particle flow theory and the material erosion theory were combined for the simulation. Beside the effect of the erosion protection method was discussed .The result provides a theoretical basis for the practical engineering.
