新型流化床颗粒层过滤器过滤性能的研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE FILTRATION OF A NOVEL GRANULAR FILTER IN FLUIDIZED BED
【摘要】 介绍了在实验室规模的三维冷态试验台上,用黄砂作床料,用激光粒子动态分析仪(PDA)测定新型流化床颗粒层过滤器(圆柱形过滤元件)过滤性能的试验研究的结果。研究结果表明,在实验条件下,经新型流化床颗粒层过滤器过滤后的清洁气流中,微细尘粒的平均粒径为5μm左右,体积流量为0.908×10-4cm3/(s·cm-2)左右。
【Abstract】 Experimental study on the filtration performance of a novel granular filter in fluidized bed is introduced in this paper.The experiments were conducted on a 3 dimension lab scale granular filter facility with a filter unit supported by a round column.When river sand served as bed material,the mean diameter and the volume flux of the particle in the filtrated clean gas are respectively about 5 micron,9.08×10 -5 cm 3/(s·cm -2 ),measured with Dantec 3 dimension laser particle dynamics analyzer(PDA),which suggest that the granular filter works effectively.
