利用晶闸管控制移相装置和串联补偿器镇定电力系统低频振荡分析
ANALYSIS OF THE THYRISTOR-CONTROLLED PHASE SHIFTER AND SERIES COMPENSATOR IN SUPPRESSING POWER SYSTEM LOW-FREQUENCY OSC1LLATIONS
【摘要】 晶闸管控制移相装置(TCPS,Thyristor-ControlledPhaseShifter)和串联补偿器(TCSC,Thyristor-ControlledSeriesCompensator)是二种主要的FACTS(FlexibleACTransmissionsystems)装置。文章建立了装有TCPS和TCSC阻尼控制器的一般多机电力系统的推广Phillips-Heffron模型。在这一模型的基础上,利用阻尼转矩分析的方法,分析了TCPS和TCSC阻尼控制器能够向系统提供阻尼,镇定电力系统低频振荡的机理。并着重讨论了在单机无穷大电力系统中,由TCPS和TCSC实现的阻尼控制器对电力系统运行条件变化的鲁棒性和在多机电力系统中,如何选择TCPS和TCSC阻尼控制器的最佳安装地点这二个重要问题。文中配合分析结论,给出了说明数例。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the extended Phillips-Heffron mode1 of general multi-machine Power systems installed with TCPSor TCSC-based stabilizer is estab1ished. On the basis of the medel,the principle of the TCPS-or TCSC-based stabilizer in damping Power system oscillations is investigated in terms of its damping torque contribution to the power systems. The robustness of the TCPS-and TCSC-based stabilizer to the variations of Power system operating condition is discussed for the single-machine infinite-bus Power system. The indexes to select the best foration of installing the TCPS-or TCSC-based stabilizer in the multi-machine power systems are presented.
