【摘要】 目的：研究原发性肝癌肝动脉栓塞治疗前后肝血流动力学改变。方法：采用多普勒超声分别测量肝癌行栓塞治疗前后肝动脉、门静脉血管内径及血流速度。结果：门静脉内径及平均血流速度无明显改变，肝动脉内径无明显变化，但收缩期峰值速度明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：肝动脉栓塞术后门静脉血流无明显改变，对肝脏本身血供无影响，而主要依靠肝动脉供血的肿瘤血供则明显下降更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of liver blo od flow before and after hepatic artery embolization in treatment of hepatocellu lar carcinoma.Methods:The diameter and the velocity of hepatic arterial (HA)and portal vein(PV)were measured with color Doppler flow imaging.Results:The diameter and the time average velocity of PV did n ot change significantly.The diameter of HA did not change.But the peak velocity of HA dropped significantly (P<0 05).Conclusion:The flow of PV did not change after hepatic artery embolization.The flow of liver did not reduce,but the tumor blood supplied by HA was ovbiously reduced.更多还原
