【摘要】 目的：探讨输尿管终端疾病超声检查的临床价值。方法：本文对５７例输尿管终端疾病的超声检查结果进行分析，并与ＣＴ、Ｘ线、手术病理等最终诊断进行对比及长期随访。结果：输尿管终端疾病的声像图，各有其相应的特征，可作为诊断标准。结论：基于输尿管终端的解剖特点，有多种疾病好发于此，其声像图特征有良好的诊断效果，很有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the diagnostic regularity and the clinical value of ultrasonogram of lower end ureter diseases.Methods:The sonograms were compared with the diagnosis of CT,X ray,surgery,pathology and long term follow up.Results:Lower end ureter diseases have their own unique characteristics that can be known as diagnostic standard.Caculus,cvst,congenital stricture and tumor often occurred here.Conclusion:The sonographic characters of lower end ureter diseases often provide informations for its diagnosis.更多还原
